Band SxIxKxA (Subsistence In Kontra Attitude) started around 1999. From that times band transformed from noisepunkhc to energic oldschool hardcore thrash with two vocals. Members of SxIxKxA played/s in other bratislavian diy garage hardcore bands (RIOT IN OPERA, BOZOKA, ROVNOU CHODBOU). After recording of the first split demo (MC) with RIOT IN OPERA, second singer Sivo left band. In summer 2001 SxIxKxA together with RIOT IN OPERA did first Czech and Slovak tour. In 2002 band recorded new songs for prepared split 10" with LEN TAK TAK, but this never happened, due to several reasons. In same summer SxIxKxA did first western Europe tour (Austria, Germany, Holland, Spain, France) and also playing some shows in Czech, Slovakia and Austria. Durring the western Europe tour band recorded new songs for prepared split 7"Ep with swedish BINGO, which was released in autumn 2003. After 2002 tour, guitar player Juro quit band, and new guitarist from band BOZOKA Tomáš join SxIxKxA. In summer 2003 SxIxKxA did another tour "Ideal demente tour" in Czech, Germany, Danmark, Sweden and Holland. Before this tour came to band new singer Maťo. In february 2004 bands SxIxKxA and FESTA DESPERATO (rawnoisepunx from Czech. Rep.) did together split tour through Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Austria and Czech Rep. After this trip, in march ´04, band recorded new sonx at Moc Plevele (diy recording studio) in czech club VRAH. current line up: maťo:
